1. Do you bring all your own equipment and supplies?
Yes. Everything. Thats means you dont have to spend your time buying, taking out or putting away any supplies, or wonder about where to find the best equipment and products, as we do all this for you.
2. If there a problem, who can I call?
Our repuation depends on our exceptional standards. However, in the unlikely event of any concern, please telephone us on 0800 865 4832 and we will do our utmost to resolve it immediately.
3. What are your hours of operation?
Our official hours of operation are 8am-6pm, 7days a week. However, we do understand that sometimes there may be a cleaning issue that may happen out of these hours. If this should arise, please get in touch with one of our friendly customer services team and we will find a solution for your problem.
4. Do you carry out regular quality control and supervision?
Our cleaners are regularly supervised with managers actually on site to ensure that the premise is cleaned to the highest standard.
5. Do you cover my area?
Yes, we operate nationwide.
6. How often do you clean?
We will clean as often is needed, which may mean daily, weekly, monthly or just once.
7. Can you clean during and after events?
Yes we can. Please call in advance to schedule a special cleaning, so we are prepared to fully accommodate you.
